This annual report, growing
in scope each year, offers a unique insight into
the electronic component distribution industry prepared locally by senior
managers/directors who have a deep involvement with the industry. Check

2007 is its 17th year of
publication with last year's report proving very successful, with sales to
component manufacturers, component distributors, major equipment
manufacturers and the financial communities across the world.
The report is compiled from
input written by local managers in each country who have detailed
knowledge of the local and international electronic component distribution
industry. The overall study is prepared by people who have a deep
involvement with the electronic component industry.
The country summaries analyse the market split into
semiconductors, passives and electromechanical components, the major
players, trends etc. Also included are brief reports of the other
significant distributors in each country.
The 2007 report has been
re-written and contains details of the overall European and
International component distribution scene, with profiles of major
pan-European groups including: companies such as Acal, Arrow, Avnet,
Electrocomponents, Future, Farnell and others.
The 900-plus page Worldwide
Report contains information for Austria, Benelux, China, Czech
Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy,
Japan, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, UK and USA.
All revenues for European
countries are summarised in two currencies, the Euro and the US$. European
countries that are not within the Euro are additionally reported in local
currency. Other countries are shown in US$. All reports are in English.
